Born in Olaton, Kentucky, Mr. Felix moved to Winnfield at the age of 12 years. He was the son of Mrs. Lillie Felix and the late Charles Felix. He was engaged in the taxi business in Winnfield for many years and was also assistant clerk at the highway department for several years prior to his death. He was a member of the Olaton, Ky., Baptist Church.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Lillie Felix, and two sisters, Mary Felix, Winnfield, and Mrs. C. S. Culpepper of New Orleans; his cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Miller of Alexandria.
