CHARLES CLARK: 80yrs-8mos-15dys; Osakis, passed away Sunday at his home here follow-ing an illness of 2yrs. Death was due to old age & neuritis. MrClark was born in MN in 1856 & for many years had been a resident here.
Besides the widow there survives 5 children: Minnie(sp-Ed) Norgan-Rockford MN; Rebecca; Ernest-CO; Helen(sp-Ray) Larson & Walter-Osakis. One bro: Gene-Osakis; is also left to mourn his passing.
Services were held Wednesday from the home & after that from Hanson Funeral Chapel, RevMA Clarre-Methodist Church officiating. Interment took place in Lakeside Cem-Osakis.
ODDSTUFF---His obit & cemstone show B=1856; BUT the 1860 & 1870 census indicate that 1858 is more accurate; also births of other siblings
