Issac was born to Elder Daniel and his wife Martha "Patsey" Dickerson Parker April 8, 1824.
He was a child when his family came to the wilderness of this land we now call Texas in search of religious freedom.
Issac grew up and married Icephenia Bennett.
They lived in Houston County later changed to Anderson County.
They had the following children;
