He was the son of Daniel Parker, the grandson of John Parker. He was married to Irena Douthit Parker. He is my great-grandfather. He took over preaching at Pilgram when Elder Daniel Parker stopped delivering sermons. He is the father of Addie Parker Pipkin. Addie is my grandmother. She married Elder Samuel Philip Pipkin who was also a Primitive Baptist preacher.
