CARL MEYER, SR.
Carl Meyer, Sr. who has been in ill health for some time, died Monday. Mr. Meyer, who was a native of Germany, farmed near Sabetha for many years before moving to Bern about a year ago.
He is survived by his wife and three children: Fred of Junction city, Carl Jr. of Sabetha, and Mrs. Ivan Montgomery of Oneida.
Funeral services are being held this Wednesday afternoon at the Friedens Evangelical Church near Bern, conducted by Rev. Werner.
Interment in the church cemetery.
