Paul Wesley Cross, age 83, died 15 October 1985 at Hurley Hospital Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Saturday at Brown Funeral Home, 1616 Davison Rd. Rev. Ward Sipes, and Rev Mark Signon officiating. Interment in Davison Cemetery. Mr. Cross was born in Jordanville, New York, 7 October 1903, the son of Rev William James and Mary Etta Hutchinson Cross and had lived in the Flint area 56 years. He was member of UAW Local 651 and was employed by AC Spark Plug Division retiring in 1970. Surviving are
wife, Esther, daughter and son-in-law, Eleanor and Dr. Benjamin F. Koepke; 3 grandchildren Gary and Sue Sergent of Flint, Dennis and Mary Sergent of Swartz Creek and Colleen and Don Short of Flint; 8 grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A son Gregory Paul Cross preceded him in death. (Paul was disinterred from Davison Cemeetery 10 May 1999 and interred in Evergreen Cemetery. His original burial date at Davison Cemetery was 19 October 1985.
