There is no stone. He is the 2nd husband of Sarah Elizabeth "Sallie" Smith. Her first husband, William Armstrong McCormick is buried in the Smith Family Cemetery II, Ursa, IL. There is no stone for she and husband Otto Frederick.
Their chilren were Josephine Glennice, Jesse Otto and Sarah Elizabeth "Sadie".

After Sallie's death, Otto married Ella B Lafountain, Nov 26, 1919; she died in 1937.

The South Bend Tribune, Thursday Evening, July 6, 1939. Otto Frederick Keim. Otto Frederick Keim, aged 76, of 213 East Fairview Avenue, died at 1 a.m. today in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Wellington Dice, of the same address. He had been ill two years. Born in St. Louis, Mo, April 17, 1863, he came here 47 years ago from Quincy, Ill. Surviving are another daughter, Mrs. Glenice Shaffer, South Bend, and three sisters, Mrs. Carrie Houdyshell and Mrs. Josephine Hughes, of Ursa, Ill., and Mrs. Elizabeth Anderson, of North Dakota (correction by contributor: Idaho). He leaves also four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Friends will be received in the Earl C. Hollis chapel, where the funeral will take place at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Rev. Noel P. Irwin, pastor of Calvary Baptist church, will officiate and burial will be in Bowman cemetery.
