Emporia native Jeffrey Francis Fowler died Thursday, April 29, 2010, at his home in Beaverton, Ore. He was 46. The son of Jule and Imogene Fowler, he was born Oct. 19, 1963, at Emporia. Mr. Fowler is survived by his parents of Emporia; and siblings, Julie Huffman, Jim Fowler and Janet Budd, all of Emporia; Jeanne Williams of Barnsdall, Okla.; Joanie Harris of Nipomo, Calif.; and Judy Powell of Abilene. A brother, Jerry Wayne Fowler, and his grandparents died earlier. The family graveside services will be held in Chicago Mound Cemetery.
