Constance is the daughter of Alfred Theodore Behymer and Pansy Louise Mandrell, born April 19, 1929 in Decatur, Illinois, She married Robert E. Brown on July 12, 1947 in Sullivan, Illinois. She passed January 8, 1976 in Decatur, Illinois from cancer. They had 7 children
