Caroline 'Carrie' Elizabeth Stephens was born on September 30, 1882. Her father Christopher b1861 was 21 and her mother Annie Rheppard Stephens was 22. She married John L Dearmy on February 5, 1902 in Cambria City, Pennsylvania. They had four known children in the 12 years between 1906 and 1918. She died on July 13, 1918 in Nanty-Glo, Pennsylvania at the age of 35 while giving birth to her youngest son. Both mother & son passed away on the same day.
