She is survived by six children three sons and three daughters: Rhoda Frances Stover, James Allen Woodall, Cornelia Ann "Aunt Neely" Wood, Luzania Alice Carney, Edmond Garfield Woodall and Richard Blaine Woodall.
The funeral was held in the home of Mrs. Woodall in Jackson County Wednesday, and burial was in the Mount Zion, Cemetery, Putnam County WV.
