Dale was 63 when he left this world to be with the Lord. He is the son of Mose A. and Dora Loveall Collom. Dale has seven sisters, Vivian Voyles, Inez Lyday, Iretta Bell, Shirley Razmus, Ruth Woods, Lois McNulty and Leatha Collom.(Dale was preceded in death by the last three sisters)He also was preceded in death by two brothers, Vernard and Vernon Collom.

Dale married Mary Lou Kunkle on Dec. 15, 1962, at Ridge Farm. Dale and Mary Lou had three children, two sons, Kenneth Collom(preceded his father in death)and Raymond A. and a daughter, Tammy Baker. Dale was blessed with six grandchildren, Jera, Kenna and Zaaron Baker and Cierra and Amanda Collom; one stepgranddaughter, Jamie Ross.

Dale had retired from General Motors with more than 40 years of service. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, bowling and working in his yard and most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.
