Blue Hill resident William Clarence Frahm, 64, died Saturday Dec. 11, 1999, at Blue Hill Center in Blue Hill.

Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Blue Hill United Methodist Church with the Rev. Baldeo Singh officiating. Burial will be in the Blue Hill Cemetery. Merten-Butler
Mortuary of Blue Hill is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Frahm was born June 22, 1935, to Clarence and Minnie (Waechter) Frahm near Blue Hill. He graduated from Blue Hill School in 1952. He started working as a mechanic while in high school and later was a tractor mechanic. In 1975 he started his own construction company. On Jan. 17, 1976, he married Lois Reiman. He loved restoring old cars. He retired in 1996.

Survivors are his wife; daughters, Vicki Jacobson of Rozet, Wyo., Debra Atkins of Des Moines, Iowa, and Heidi Farrall of Trumbull; one step daughter, Brenda Myers of Hastings; one sister, Julane Kathman of Hastings; four grandchildren; and three step grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the church or the Blue Hill Public Library Building Fund.
