Mrs. Catherine Farran, 84, died last Monday night at home on East North Avenue after an illness of a few weeks.

Widow of William (Alvin Kitchell) Farran. [daughter of William Henry Harmon and Mary Anna Bennett]

Funeral services held Wednesday afternoon at home with Rev. Carl
Carter officiating.

Burial Haven Hill Cemetery.

Survived by two sons, Hugh S. and William A. Farran, Olney; three
daughters, Mrs. Josephine Beasley, Carlisle, Ark., Mrs. Mattie Barche and Mrs. Grace Tracy, of Olney; Three sisters, Mrs. Eliza Jane Utz, Mrs. Hattie Crites and Mary Bellinger, all of Olney, two step-children, David Farran, Calhoun and Mary Fulk, Berryville.
