Mr. Miles is the eldest brother of my Great Grandfather Eldon M. Miles. He was born in Branson, Missouri on July 17, 1898 and he passed away on November 18, 1919 in Fannin County, Texas. Even though he had suffered from spinal meningitis since birth, Mr. Miles passed away as a result from influenza during the great US influenza epidimic of 1918-1919. He is survived by parents James Robert and Mary Elizabeth (Alexander) Miles, brothers, Eldon Melvin and Emanuel Elzie Miles, and sisters Arvilla (Miles) Brewer and Elveda (Miles) Craven-Reynolds.

Gravesite Details

Mr. Miles' gravesite is located in the far North East corner of the Cemetery, the gravesite is currently unmarked as the homemade marker made by his brother has long since deteriated.
