On Sunday, June 9, 1968, at the Partnership Nursing Home, Poolesville, Md., Mamie Pyles Jones of Poolesville, wife of the late John A. Jones, Sr., mother of Mrs. Bettie J. Newman, Mrs. Rosalie Freeman, Mrs. Lucille Sheriff, Mrs. Dorothy Elgin and John A. Jones, Jr.

Also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Hilton Funeral Home, Barnesville, Md., were services will be held on Tuesday, June 11, at 11 a.m. Interment Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville, Md.
