Services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 24, at First Baptist Church with burial in Bogata Cemetery by Wood Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Francis was born August 02, 1937, in Red River County to Delbert and Minnie Lee Aldridge Burns. She married James Francis December 31, 1957 in Dallas.
Surviving are her husband; a son, Kerry Francis; a daughter Amy Rhodes, all of Wilton, Arkansas; her mother, Minnie Lee Burns of Bogata; three brothers, Jerry Burns of Deport; Ronnie Burns of Bogata; and Billy Burns of Dallas; and two grandchildren, Tanner and Corie Rhodes of Wilton, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her father, a brother, Hollis Burns, and a sister, Barbara Burns.
