George W. Ungry died quite suddenly at his home in this place last Friday morning. He had suffered from partial paralysis for several years. Mr. Ungry was born in Montgomery county, Ohio, not far from Dayton, on June 11, 1837. His parents were orginallly from Tennessee. He was the youngest of a family of six. In 12868 he married Miss Elizabeth Perkins. Three daughters were born unto them, on of whom died in infancy. Mrs. Dr. Conrad, of Ohio, and Mrs. ED. M. Wright, of Bremen, with their mother, remain to mourn their loss. For a short time he served his country during the war. Shortly after their marriage Mr. and Mrs. Ungry bought a farm near Mishawaka, at Pleasant Valley. In one year thy sold out and returned to Bremen, where they have lived ever since. He united with the Congregational church 18 years ago last March. For six years he was practically an invalid, but endured his affliction patiently and uncomplainingly. Funeral services were held at the Family residence last Sunday, conducted by Rev. D. T. Williams.
