Armilla T. "Millie" (Adank) Grubbs, age 84, of Tomahawk, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Golden Living Center-Golden Age in Tomahawk. Millie was born October 19, 1928, in Waumandee, WI, to Daniel and Emma (Servais) Adank. She was later married to George Grubbs on January 10, 1946, in Springbrook, WI; George passed away August 22, 1991.

Millie will always be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo, flowers and going to garage sales. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Survivors include two daughters, Beverly (Robert) Haring of Tomahawk and Erlene (Merlin) Ketchum of Weston, WI; one son, Herbert (Joan) Grubbs of Whitney, Texas; her grandchildren, Brenda (Greg) Jones of Peshtigo, WI, Sara Wanie of San Francisco, CA, and Erin Wanie of Weston, WI; her great grandchildren, Keith, Austin, Brianna, and George. Millie is further survived by her Sisters-in-law, Alice Adank and Virginia Adank, both of Eugene, Oregon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Emma Adank; her husband, George; her sister, Margaret VanDevender; and 3 brothers, Hilbert Adank, Gaylord Adank, and Wilbert Adank.
