A dark shadow spread over this locality when word was received that Frank Madl had died at 7 a.m. Saturday
10-08-1910 of pneumonia fever.
Frank Madl was born 9-03-1883 in Douglas county, Kansas.
He was united in marriage with Emma Bohnsack 5-03-1905. Two children blessed their union, Pearl Madl and Roy Madl.
Mr. Frank Madl and his wife came to St. Paul with his father, John Madl and family in February 1906 and since then has lived near St. Paul until the Angel of Death called him to a better and happier home where sorrow is unknown. He had been sick about three weeks.
He leaves his wife, Emma, children Roy Madl and Pearl Madl, his father, mother, three sisters and 7 brothers and a host of friends to mourn his loss. The relatives have the sympathy of all.
Frank Madl was buried in St. Francis Cemetary, St.Paul, Kansas on Monday morning 10-10-1910.
We desire to sincerely thank our many friends and neighbors who so willingly assisted us during the illness, and death of our dear beloved husband and son. Also for the beautiful floral offerings, May God in heaven reward them all.
