Russell Stahl, 85, died Wednesday, Oct. 21, at his home on R.2, Sheridan.
Stahl was born in Hamilton County Feb. 13, 1896, the son of William Homer and Lucinda(Richardson) Stahl. He was a retired farmer.
He is survived by his wife, the former Opal Stephenson, whom he married in 1935, and a daughter, Mrs. Gerald(Sally) Lindenmayer, R.2, Sheridan. There are three grandchildren.
Also surviving are a brother, William, Sheridan; and two sisters, Edith McKinney, Sheridan, and Ethel Vobach, Indianapolis.
