Sheldon Harrison Felt was born on Feb 14, 1920, in Drayton, Pembina County, North Dakota to parents Edwin John Felt, born in Michigan (1876-1919) and Eva Carolyn Olson, born in Minnesota (1884-1960).
Sheldon was the youngest child in a family of seven children. His brothers and sisters were: Irvin Alford Felt (1905-1988), John E. Felt (1907-1978), Irene Evelyn Felt-Hvidsten (1910-1972), Dorothy Cordelia Felt-Anderson (1912-1991), Jean Edith Felt (1914-1978), and Rodney Felt (unk).
On Sep 29, 1945, Sheldon married Millicent T. Kirby, born in North Dakota (1923-2001). Millicent was a daughter of Joseph Kirby, born in Canada about 1872, and Emma Kirby, born in Minnesota about 1894.
Sheldon and Millicent had five children. They moved/retired to Arizona, and on Nov 6, 1986, Sheldon died in Tucson. It is believed he is buried in East Lawn Palms Cemetery with his wife.
