Kirby Page Shenk, 91, of Luray, died on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2003, at MontVue Nursing Home.
He was born on Oct. 22, 1912, in Luray and was a son of the late Robert Lee and Virginia C. Zirkle Shenk.
Mr. Shenk was a revenuer for 25 years with the state of Virginia ABC Board. He worked as a Luray police officer and was manager of Sunoco Service Station in Luray.
On April 15, 1939, he married the former Christine Stroupe, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son Jerry Wayne Shenk of Luray and a half sister, Carol Runyon of Luray.
A graveside service was conducted on Friday, Nov. 21, at the Leaksville Cemetery by Dr. Eddie Walker
