He is survived by two brothers, Sandy Johns of Steele and James Harold Johns of Jackson, Mo.; Two sisters, Lillie Johns Pritchard of Friendship, Tenn., and Pauline Johns Vida of Farmington, Mich.; A half brother, William O'Neil Johns of Roland Heights, Calif.; And three half sisters, Mattie Belle Johns Ray of Jackson, Tenn., Lorene Johns of Roland Heights and Vera Johns Brown of Steele;
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marcella Drewry Johns; two brothers, J.E. and Aubrey C. Johns; two sisters, Irene and Laverne Johns; and a half sister, Estell Johns Anger.
Services were Sept. 20, at 3:30 p.m. at McDaniel Funeral Service chapel in Kennett, the Rev. Cecil Wilson officiating, with burial in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
