Death of Mrs. H. T. Morgan
Just with the beginning of a new day, Mrs. H. T. Morgan, beloved wife of Mr. H. T. Morgan, passed quietly into the Great Beyond last Tuesday.
Death came as a merciful relief to Mrs. Morgan who had been ill for several months with a malignant trouble. During this time all that medical science and tender, loving hands could possibly do was done, but she grew gradually weaker, until the end came early Tuesday morning at 1 o'clock.
Mrs. Morgan was 68 years of age and a member of the Baptist church.
Funeral services were held from the family residence on Davis Fore street [sic] Tuesday afternon [sic] at 2:30, Rev. A. F. Crittendon officiating in the presence of a number of sorrowing friends and relatives of the deceased.
Besides her grief stricken husband, seven children, four sons and three daughters mourn the passing of Mrs. Morgan.
Interment was at Rosehill.
