Reidsville - Leila Bland McLeod, 85, died Wednesday at home after an extended illness under Southern Care Hospice.
The Tattnall County native was a member of Pineview Baptist Church and a homemaker, a loving mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George McLeod, grandson, Jimmy Sikes, four brothers and four sisters.
Survivors: daughters and sons-in-law, Jeanette Sikes, Reidsville, Paula Fuller, Vidalia, Tammy Rivera, Reidsville, Sybil and James Maund, Sapelo Island, Brenda and Leland Beecher, Ludowici; sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie and Lynn McLeod, Dean and Karen McLeod, all of Reidsville; sister, Mrs. Lillian Bruce, Meldrim, 13 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be 3 p.m., Friday at Cobb Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jesse Browning and Rev. Brian Patrick officiating.
