Kathleen Fowler, 76, of Hayti, died Feb. 2, 2010.
She was born Dec. 14, 1933 in Pemiscot County Stanley Community,
May 29, 1953, in Benton Harbor, MI, she was united in marriage to Douglas Fowler.
She was a devoted, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ. She loved flowers, collecting what-knots, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Lloyd Pollard, and three sisters, Ester Pollard, Hazel Quinn and Grace Noel.
She leaves her husband, Douglas Fowler of Hayti; children, Leonard D. Fowler of Hayti, Lloyd Verlin Fowler of Matthews, MO, Cary Dion Fowler and his wife Kathy of Hayti, Faron Voughn Fowler and his wife Kimberly of Hayti, Naconda Kathreen Graves and her husband Joe of Riverview, FL and Danita Lynn Ross and her husband Jeff of Piedmont, MO; two sisters, Roberta Lewis of Hayti and Betty Smith of Hartford, MI; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends.
Pall bearers were Kevin and Eric Fowler, Bobby and Bill Quinn, Paul Hollingsworth ad Randy Crawford.
Funeral Services were held Friday, Feb. 5, 2010 in the Church of Jesus Christ in Hayti with Brother Paul Quinn and Bro. Elzie Quinn Jr. officiating. Burial was held in the Dry Bayou Cemetery north of Hayti.
