LEBANON ENTERPRISE OBITUARY - 12/20/1989
Thomas Alton Bradshaw Sr. (Not a senior), 85, Lebanon, died at 12:20 p.m., Dec. 14, 1989, at Spring View Hospital, Lebanon. Bradshaw was a native of Marion County, a retired farmer and a retired owner of the former Marion County Tobacco Warehouse. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Henson and Anna Mary Mattingly Bradshaw; his first wife, Mary Effie Mattingly Bradshaw; his second wife, Bertie Caudill Bradshaw; one son, Alton Bradshaw Jr. Survivors include: two sons, James Huber and Charles Mack Bradshaw of Lebanon; one brother, Elbert Bradshaw of Calvary; 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Dec. 18, 1989, at St. Augustine Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Ivo Cecil officiated. Active pallbearers were Joseph A.,John D., Tom, Ricky, Mike and Charlie Bradshaw. Honorary pallbearers were Carroll Tatum, Charles Campbell, Howard Lee, James L. "Skeeter" Leake, Maurice Hays and Carl Bradshaw. Prayer services were held at 7:30 p.m., Dec. 17, 1989, at Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon. They were in charge of the arrangements.
