Mr. James Huber "Jimmy" Bradshaw, age 85, of Lebanon, KY, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. He was born on February 6, 1926 in Marion County, KY. Mr. Bradshaw was a retired farmer, enjoyed collecting antiques, and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Alton and Mary Effie Mattingly Bradshaw; infant son, Frances Gerard Bradshaw; two brothers, Alton Bradshaw, Jr, Charles Mack Bradshaw.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Bright Bradshaw, of Lebanon, KY; three sons, Ricky (Loretta) Bradshaw, Sr, Michael Bradshaw, Charlie (Joanie) Bradshaw, all of Lebanon, KY; three daughters, Dianne (Tommy) Whitehouse, Dotty (Kevin) Raley, Leslie (Tim) Dixon, all of Lebanon, KY; fifteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, officiated by Rev. Terry Bradshaw. Interment will be in St. Augustine Church Cemetery.
Visitations will be held after 4:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with a prayer service at 7:00 Tuesday evening by Deacon Joe Dant.
