Obituary - George William Cracroft, 67, a contracting painter and paper hanger, died at the family residence, 13 Twelfth East Street, Saturday at 5:10 p.m. of Bright's disease, after along illness.

Mr. Cracroft was born June 1, 1856, at Hull, England, a son of Thomas and Maria Bone Cracroft. He came to Utah with his parents in 1871, and had been a residence of Salt Lake since that time. He was educated in the public schools of Salt Lake and married Clara L. Williams September 8, 1888. For the last 47 years he had been a resident of Eleventh LDS Ward.

Surviving are his widow, two sons, Ralph Cracroft and Clift Cracroft, and six grandchildren.

Published Sunday morning, 15 October 1933 on page B11, column 4 in the Salt Lake Tribune (Salt Lake City, Utah). Obituary included a photograph.
