Funeral services for J P Day, 84, father of D H Day of Brewster, were held in Wenatchee last Saturday, following his death Thursday night of last week, aft er a three week's illness.
Mr. Day had lived in Wenatchee for twenty-three years, moving to North Central Washington from Kansas in 1913.
The Rev. C H Hardeman, assisted by the Jones and Jones funeral home, conducted the services. Burial was in the Wenatchee Cemetery.
The deceased leaves three sons, A H Day, Peshastin; D H Day, Brewster and L A Day, Wenatchee; and a daughter, Mrs. Joe Hampton, Wenatchee, and nineteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
