Death Claims Lucinda Eubank
Death Occurs Early Sunday At Home Of Daughter In Union
Mrs. Lucinda Eubank, 76, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Brechbill, in Union township, Wells county, at 3:30 o'clock Sunday morning of old age and complications. She had been sick three weeks.
Mrs. Eubank was born in Huntington county, December 25, 1853, the daughter of Daniel and Elizabeth Day.
She married Joel Eubank, at Rockford on November 3, 1872. He preceded her in death three years ago.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. John Brechbill, Markle R.R.; Mrs. Isaac King, Brookville, Ohio; two sons, Lewis Eubank, of Arcanum, Ohio; Leslie, of North Madison; five brothers, Wilborn Day, of Marion; Jesse P. Day, of Washington; Amber Day, of Rockford; John Day, of Kansas, and Marion Day of Markle.
She was a member of the Christian church at Plum Tree.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Plum Tree church in charge of Rev. Samuel Frantz, of North Manchester. Burial was in the Woodlawn cemetery.
