Blanche Benda died at only 3 yrs old from polio. Her parents were: Joseph A. Benda and Anastasia Vanourek-Benda. She had 4 siblings: Joe Jr.(1907-1963),Fred(1911-1998),Chester(1915-1990), and Pearl (1917-2009). Pearl treasured a little teddy bear that once belonged to Blanche until the day she died. She always mourned her only sister...who died before Pearl was born, and whom she never actually met in life. Blanche is buried next to her grandparents: Josef & Anna (Jecmen)Benda.
