She was a d/o John Anthony Rosenberger(1793-1876) & Catharine Shaull (1792-1876). The inscription of the stone actually read: "Mary Jane, Wife of D. Broachey, Died Sept. 8, 1868, aged 48 Ys 9 Ms 4 Ds. This figures to the above birth date, not Jan. 5, 1820- Sep. 9, 1868 as shown on the stone as "Mary Jane "Rosenberger" Rumple" I have a photo of the tombstone from which I am posting the dates, as Mary Jane Wife of D. Broachey. Also "The 1966 Index of Ohio Cemetery", by Alta (Davis) Bricker, shows the following: "Broachey, Daniel, Born- Dec 19, 1829, Died- Oct. 18, 1904, Lot 2, Block 10; Broachey, Mary Jane (1) wife - Born Dec. 4, 1819, Died Sept. 8, 1868; Broachey, Catherine, (2) wife, Born Mar 7, 1838, Died Jan. 8, 1899.:

Va.During Mary's 1st marriage to William Rumple of Fostoria, Ohio, she gave birth to former Iowa Congressman (Captain) John N. W. Rumple on March 4th 1841.
