She was a daughter of John and Reva (Alexander) Winchester. On Nov 6, 1937, she married Wilbur Fowler, who preceded her in death on 23 Sep 1979.

Surviving are a son, Wayne R. (Sheila), Wapakoneta; a daughter, Olive Kay (Harry) Genig, Columbia, SC; a son-in-law, Danny Arnold, Jamestown; a brother, Tolbert "Ray", Wichita, KS; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Deceased are two daughters, Reva Deloris Fowler and Saundra Jo Arnold; four brothers, Columbus, Jessie, Clarence and James; and four sisters, Pearl Brooks, Bessie Marcum, Winnie Clark, and Lorean Oda.

A homemaker, she loved being with her children and grandchildren. Two of her great passions were her love of the Lord and studying the Bible. She was a member of the Columbia First Church of the Nazarene, Columbia, SC. She had attended the Church of the Nazarene, and the First United Methodist Church, both Wapakoneta.

Funeral services will be at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, in Wapakoneta, Pastor R.J. Davis officiating.
