Dora Nevada Cook
ALGER - Dora Nevada Cook, 67, Alger, died at 10:50 p.m. Monday at her home after an illness of six weeks.
She was born July 16, 1891 in Alger and was a lifetime resident of the community.
She was married Nov. 7, 1914 to Delorma Cook, who survives.
Also surviving are three brothers, Terry and Melvin Miller, both of Alger and Lawrence Miller of 648 N. Union, Lima; four sisters, Mrs. W. F. Newland, Mrs. Chester Rankin, both of Alger, Mrs. Harry Conkle of St. Marys and Mrs. James Danner of Rt. 2, Kenton.
Mrs. Cook was a member of the Central Methodist Church, Alger, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday. Rev. Willard Thomas and Rev. David Bowden will officiate.
Burial will be in the Preston Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hanson Funeral Home, Alger, after 2 p.m. Wednesday. The body will be taken to the church one hour before services.
