History: Lived for a number of years in Boulder, Sublette County, WYO came in 1907 from Missouri. Was a rancher, Stockman in the Boulder Flats.

Charles W. SPARKS dies in Ogden, Utah.
Charles W. SPARKS, 75, retired Boulder rancher, died at his home in Ogden, Utah, Saturday, July 23 after an illness of three years Funeral services were held in Ogden Tuesday with burial there also.
Mr. SPARKS was born and reared in Missouri. He brougth his family to Boulder about 1907 where he was engaged in ranching until his retirement 17 years ago. At that time, Mr. and Mrs. SPARKS moved to Ogden, Utah for the sake of Mrs. SPARKS health, She died in 1946.
Survivors are one son, Donald SPARKS of Boulder, four daughters, Mrs. Zeda ROOP of Boulder, Mrs. H.H. SUMMERS (Irene) of Pinedale, Mrs. Jack SWARTZ (Thelma) of Ogden, and Mrs. Don HERGENREDER (Cleo) of Denver, ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Those who drove to Ogden for the funeral services were Mr. and Mrs. H.H. SUMMERS, Mr. and Mrs. Don SPARKS, Mr. and Mrs. Chris BERG, and Roy DITTON, Mrs. ROOP was unable to attend her father's funeral becasue of Illness. [Image #6]. *anc.com09/29/2008 .
