VALERIA LEHNER

Valeria M. Lehner, 95, of 1107 Seventh Street, Kiel, died early Saturday morning, Aug. 5, 1995, at Calumet Memorial Medical Center, Chilton, where she had been a patient for the past five days. She had been a resident of Willowdale Nursing Home in New Holstein for the past three years.
She was the former Valeria Mehlberg, born Oct. 29, 1899, in Sheboygan, daughter of the late Charles and Lena Froehlich Mehlberg. She attended the former Sheboygan High School and graduated in 1917. She then attended Milwaukee Teachers College where she graduated in 1919. On July 29, 1925, she married Earl Lehner in Sheboygan. Earl died September 24, 1973.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Kiel, a member of the Eastern Star, and the American Legion Auxiliary, Unit 99. Valeria was a Sunday School teacher for 49 years and a member of the Presbyterian Women.
Survivors include one son, Noel (Arlene) Lehner of Pewaukee, five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Faye, one brother and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home, Kiel, with the Rev. Dennis Cobb officiating. Burial will be in the Kiel Cemetery.
