Alvin P. Jaschob. 84, formerly of 1736 S. 14th Street Sheboygan, died Wednesday morning, October 5, at Willowdale Nursing Home, New Holstein, where he was a resident for one year. He was born November 26, 1903 in Kiel, the son of the late Herman and Mary Pasch Jaschob. He attended Kiel schools. On May 5, 1934 he married Lydia Rupple in Kiel. He was a mechanic at the former Hingiss Garage in Kiel and Verifine Dairy in Sheboygan for approximately 20 years before retiring. He belonged to Ebenezer Lutheran Church, Sheboygan, and was a life-time member of the Kiel Redmen.
Survivors include his wife, Lydia, at the Manitowoc Health Care Center; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
Funeral services were held Thursday evening at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, with the Rev. James Sizelove officiating. Burial was in the Kiel cemetery.
