Carrie Ruth (Ramsey) Chambers, of Harrison, AR, died March 3 at a Harrison hospital. She was 91.
Graveside services were held Saturday at Restland Cemetery in Gatesville with Jonathan Swanson officiating.
She was born Dec. 15, 1912, in Norman, OK, the daughter of the late Ben Preston and Ann Maude (Kelso) Ramsey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Van Chambers; two daughters, Barbara Easley and an infant, Marlene Chambers; one brother; and three sisters.
Survivors include a son, Jimmie Chambers of Elkhorn, NE; daughters, Jo Ann Homes and Robbin Easley, both of Harrison, AR; 14 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
