Prescott friends were shocked and grieved to learn of the car accident near Gravity Sunday in which the two sons of Mr. and Mrs. Clay LaPorte lost their lives, and Mr. LaPorte was seriously injured. Mr. and Mrs. LaPorte were residents of this community several years ago and have numerous friends here who extend sympathy to them in their time of sorrow. A number of friends from here attended the funeral services which were held at the Salem Church.
