Mrs. Sarah Myrtle Arnold, 82, at 3137 Adams, died Tuesday, Jan 25, 1977, at the home of a daughter, following a short illness.

Mrs. Arnold was born Oct. 4, 1894, In Morgan, a daughter of Herbert B. and Josephine Olpin Crouch.

On Dec. 18, 1919, she was married to William H. Arnold, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Oct. 5, 1971.

She had lived in Morgan, and Coalville, coming to Ogden, in 1945. She was educated in Morgan Schools. She was a member of the Coalville LDS Ward Relief Society and the Ogden 9th Ward Relief Society. She had also been a member of the Coalville Red Cross and Veterans of World War I Auxiliary 1011, in Ogden.

Surviving are one son and one daughter, W. Jack Arnold, North Ogden, Mrs. Thomas J. (Shirley) Harrison, Ogden; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving are three sisters: Mrs. Frank (Meade) Taylor, Mrs. James (Phyllis) Call, both of Ogden; Mrs. Betty Smith, Bountiful.

Funeral services will be held Friday, at 1 P.M., at Lindquist and Sons Colonial Chapel, with Bishop Charles Datwyler, officiating. Friends may call at the mortuary, Thursday, from 6 to 8 P.M., and Friday, prior to services. Interment in Wshington Heights Memorial Park.
