Final Rites Are Held for Rev. I. Clark, 84
MERCED, April 12 - Final rites were held in the Ivers and Alcorn Chapel at 11 o'clock this morning for Rev. Isaac Clark, 84, who died Friday in his home in Long Beach following a long illness. Interment was in the Evergreen Mausoleum.
The Rev. Clark was ordained a minister 61 years ago. He held pastorates in Nebraska, Idaho and California. He retired in 1932 while in Dos Palos. He moved to Long Beach a year ago.
He was the husband of Mrs. Edith Clark of Long Beach, the father of Elmer Clark of Merced, Raymond Clark of Minden, Nev., Mrs. Eva Forsyth of Turlock, Mrs. Eleanor Crawford of Merced, Mrs. Bertha Kirkpatrick of Long Beach and Mrs. Jessie Howard of Vallejo. He also leaves 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
