WINAMAC — Mrs, Ova A. Koepkey, 85, Rt. 2, Winamac, died at 1 a.m. Friday at Cameran Hospital, Angola, She had been a patient there after fracturing her hip about two and a half weeks ago.
Born in Wells County June 6, 1885, she was the daughter of Thomas and Sue Limerick Shadle. Her marriage was to John Koepkey, who died Sept, 14,1963.
She was a member of the Pulaski Presbyterian Church.
Survivors are three daughters and a son: Mrs. Pearl Reed, Angola; Mrs, Irma Good, rural route, Star City; Mrs. Cletha Scott, Winamac; a son, Wayne, Winamac, former Pulaski County sheriff. Also surviving are 28 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
