He was born April 25,1943 in Winchester, the son of William r. and Ruth (Smith) Ackman! He was retired from Kellair Manufacturing in Winchester and was a member of the Ridgeville Sons of the Legion.
He is survived by his mother Ruth (Smith) Ackman of Winchester, his wife Brenda (Platt) Ackman, two sons Rick (wife Carmen) Ackman, and William (wife Melissa) Ackman both of Winchester, one daugher Penny (husband Rick) Burns of Wincehster, one sister Dianna (husband Cleo) McFarmland, and 9 grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Monday at the Walker Funeral Home in Winchester! Burial will be in the Fountaiin Park Cemetery.
