The Memorial Services for Keith Johnson, age 56, of Leith, ND will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at the Evanson Jensen Funeral Home in Elgin, ND with Pastor John Amundson, officating.
Keith Leslie Johnson was born on November 25, 1952 in Bismarck, ND to Alf and Ruth (Wilmont) Johnson. He attended school in Bismarck and graduated from Bismarck High School. Following his schooling, Keith worked on various construction jobs throughout the United States.
He was united in marriage to Sheila Auch in 1976. One son, Clinton, was born to this union. Keith continued working in construction and also did mechanic work on cars on motorcycles. He later attended Bismarck State College where he graduated with a Degree in Heating and Cooling.
In 2001 Keith moved to Leith, ND, where he resumed working in the Heating and Air Conditioning business until his death.
He loved to work on old cars and motorcycles and enjoyed the company his two pet dogs brought him. He especially loved spending time with his granddaughter, Jade.
Keith passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at his home in Leith.
He is survived by his son, Clint Johnson, Bismarck, ND; one granddaughter, Jade Johnson, Bismarck, ND; one sister, Vivian Sprynczynatyk, Bismarck, ND; and special friends, Monte Nelson, Carson, ND and Lee Knittle, Mandan, ND.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alf and Ruth Johnson, and one brother, Virgil "Larry" Johnson.
