An article in the Brookfield Courier, dated March 1, 1883:
"Polly Cleveland, who celebrated her one-hundredth birthday December 23d last, died at Morrisville last Friday, after a short illness. Mrs. Cleveland was born in Connecticut, and removed to this county while in her youth. She married Dr. William P. Cleveland, of Morrisville, who died thrity years ago. Mrs. Cleveland had one son and two daughters, all of whom are dead. Two grandsons, Charles and William P. reside in Morrisville."
