Nancy Jane (Trask) Fisher 1847-1873
Nancy Jane Trask was born July 5, 1847 on the Clatsop Plains in Clatsop county, Oregon to Elbridge Trask and Hannah (Abel) Trask.
Her mother had been previously married to a man named Tripp and from this union, Nancy had three half-siblings including; Sarah (Tripp) Laird, Elizabeth Tripp and Rosealtha A. "Rosa" (Tripp) Butler.
From her parent's union, Nancy had nine siblings including; Harriet (Trask) Vaughn, Martha (Trask) Randall, Bethair "Bertha" (Trask) Walling, George Elbridge Trask, Eudora (Trask) Sapp, William Thomas Trask, Charlie Henry Trask and Arvilla (Trask) Neal.
Nancy married David Cyrus Fisher on May 12, 1863 in Tillamook, Tillamook county, Oregon. He was the son of Cyrus Beckwith Fisher and his second wife, Rachel (Rogers) Fisher.
They became the parents to six children; James Harvey Fisher, Hiram Sloan Fisher, Harriet Filena Fisher, Phemia Jane (Fisher) Foreman, Martha Ellen (Fisher) Henley and Mary Susan "May" Fisher.
Nancy passed away two months after the birth of her last child, on July 4, 1873 in Tillamook, Tillamook county, Oregon and was laid to rest in the Fairview Pioneer Cemetery in Tillamook, Tillamook county, Oregon.
