Died at his late residence, Climax, Ore., Andrew Grissom, born April 20th, 1846, in Jackson county, Missouri. Died Feb. 21, 1919, at the age of 72 years, 10 months and 1 day. He was married to Elizabeth Frances Burns Oct. 3, 1872, at Petaluma, Calif. He was the father of 10 children, eight of whom survive him.

He leaves to mourn his loss, his wife and eight children. Mrs. Ella Maxfield, Eagle Point; Wm. Grissom, Gooding, Idaho; Mrs. Anna Town [sic Tonn], Lake Creek, Ore.; Andrew and Llewellyn Grissom, Climax, Ore.; Mrs. Lillian Cingcade, Mrs. Florence Milligan, Eagle Point, Ore.; and Herbert Grissom of Climax, Ore.

Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian church, Phoenix, Ore., at 1 a.m. [sic] Monday, Feb. 24, 1919, Rev. Dr. Bailey officiating. Interment in Phoenix cemetery.
