Born in Attica, Mrs. Diskey spent most of her life in Marion. She was a member of the Holiness House of Prayer.
Survivors include her husband, Edward; two daughters, Mrs. Anna Adamson and Mrs. Patricia Turner, both of Marion; seven sons, Edward Diskey Jr., Sims, Arthur Diskey, Gas City, Charles Diskey, Bloomington, John Diskey, Jonesboro, and Kenneth, Clifford and David Diskey, all of Marion; a half-sister, Mrs. Margaret Porter, Madison; 36 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Holiness House of Prayer, Marion, with the Rev. Larry Bolden officiating. Burial will be in the Marion IOOF Cemetery.
